What we collect when you contact us or visit this website, why, and who can see it.

What you give us
The enquiry form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your company, email, the service you need, an event date, a headcount and a message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and to plan the work if you go ahead. We do not sell them.
The form is handled by Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores each submission so that we can read it. If you message or call us on WhatsApp, phone or email instead, that conversation sits with the service you used (WhatsApp, your phone carrier or your email provider) as well as with us.
What this website records about your visit
If you click Allow All, we use three analytics tools. Each sets or reads cookies in your browser and sends usage data to its provider:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager count visits, pages viewed and which contact buttons (WhatsApp, phone, email) are pressed.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through pages, including click and scroll heatmaps and session replays.
We use this to see which pages work and which do not. It is not used to identify you by name.
Cookies and your choice
These tools are off until you choose. When you first visit, a banner asks you to click Allow All or Decline for analytics cookies, and nothing from Google or Microsoft loads until you click Allow All. Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change it at any time: open cookie settings. Declining after you had allowed them stops further tracking and clears this site's own analytics cookies. Cookies that Microsoft set from its own domain can only be removed in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.
Who else receives your information
Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). Each handles data under its own terms and may process it outside India. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email the address above from the address or number you used, and we will act on it. How long we keep an enquiry depends on whether it became an engagement; ask us if you want a specific answer.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
